Scheduling Dashboard
Your dashboard is where all the online booking magic happens. See what’s going on at any time, set up appointments, create new reservation types, and more! It’s also a handy place to review any changes that occur in real time, allowing you to anticipate problems before they start.
This dashboard keeps our appointment scheduling software clean, sophisticated, and powerful.
Dashboard Features:
- Detailed Calendar: Our easy-to-read calendar lets you see what’s going on now, and what’s coming up in the future. Check up on multiple dates, resources, and reservations all at once, or filter your results to only look for one resource at a time. Cancelations or other notifications also show up right on the calendar, keeping everybody on the same page.
- Update/Create resources: The dashboard not only organizes your resources, but it lets you make new or edit existing as well. You can also determine the availability of each resource by customizing times by day, or creating black-out zones so that you’re never overbooked.
- Update/Create reservation types: The dashboard is also where you create or update your reservation types. Select resources, determine restrictions, set up time slot lengths, and you’re done!
- Account settings: ScheduleThing may be customizable, but that doesn’t mean it’s confusing. In the dashboard it’s easy to review and adjust all your custom features, including email messages, cancelation cutoff times, booking site URL and colors, and your billing options. It’s a one-stop shop.
